“融知-发酵”模型中知识菌株的产生
Generating of Knowledge Sourdough in the Model of Knowledge Convening & Fermenting
【摘要】 知识和创新越来越成为组织取得竞争优势的关键,本文通过对组织学习的"融知-发酵"模型中的知识菌株的来源、产生方法、产生过程及其主要作用进行分析,使企业在日益竞争的环境下对知识,尤其是知识菌株(创意)进行有效的管理,使组织学习的目的和目标更加明确。
【Abstract】 Knowledge and creativity have increasingly become a key factor to acquire competitive advantage. This paper analyzes sources, generating methods as well as processes and functions of the sourdough of knowledge in the Model of Knowledge Convening & Fermenting for Organizational Learning. It may enlighten organizations in effectively managing their knowledge, especially sourdough of knowledge, and making the aim of organizational learning more clear.
