【Abstract】 The distinction between science and technology can be found in the quality change between recognition and valuation. As a reasonable way intervening in the material practice between subject-object relations, the Essence of technology lies in the effective control over the regional prospect and conditions in which nature and society exist. The core concept of the theory of Technology Control confuses the essence distinction between scientific reason and technological action , and breaks up their relations with humanity spirit.
