领导行为的动力模式评价研究
Study on force model evaluation of leading behavior
【摘要】 针对现代领导活动和以往领导行为研究模式中存在的不足,通过分析复杂的领导行为系统工程,结合领导理论,阐明了领导行为的动力思想,建立了领导行为动力系统模型,完善了领导行为系统结构,改进了领导行为的评价方法,这对领导实现组织目标、提高自身素质、完善自我人格都具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at modern leading activity and the defects in the past research mode.After earnestly analyzing the sophisticated leading behavior system engineering,according to leading theories,the author clarified the leading behavior force thought,establish the leading behavior force model,perfect the leading behavior system structure,improve the leading behavior evaluation method.It will guide the leader to realize the organization’s target,raise his quality,perfect ego personality etc.
