优选复方氟尿嘧啶凝胶基质及物理稳定性考察

【摘要】 目的:优选复方氟尿嘧啶凝胶的基质。方法:用正交实验法,以卡波姆-934、甘油、三乙醇胺(调pH)的配比为因素,每个因素选择3个水平,以凝胶在55℃水浴中的分层时间及物理外观为指标,用L9(34)正交表进行实验。结果:最优处方为:卡波姆-934为1.5%,甘油为10%,pH值为6.5。结论:按最优配比制备的复方氟尿嘧啶凝胶符合《中国药典》2000版项下的规定。

【Abstract】 Objective: Optimization of formula composition for fluorouracil gelatin and physical stability investigation.Methods: According to the factors that affact the stability of gelatin ,orthogonal design was used ,carbomer-934,glycerol and trolmine were selected as variable factors.Trolamine was used to measure the acidity or alkalinity.Every factor excerpted three level, the guideline was glation in 55℃ water bath physical appearance and delamination time,table L9 (34)was used.Results: the optimun formula was: 1.5%carbomer, 10% glyeerol,PH was equal to 6.5.Conclusion: the preparation complies with the reqirement of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2000.
