厌氧污泥床处理悬浮法聚氯乙烯(SPVC)离心母液的运行特征
The Operational Performance of Anaerobic Reactor Treating Mother Liquid of Suspension Polyvinyl Chloride
【摘要】 为了探索低浓度PVC离心母液厌氧处理的可行性,在室温条件下进行了长期(360 d)试验研究.离心母液COD约为200 m g.L-1,厌氧反应器有效容积为16 L.研究结果表明,厌氧污泥床采用消化污泥和颗粒污泥混合接种,在40 d内即启动成功;投加易生化物质、启动之初即采用较高水力负荷有利于反应器的快速启动;在稳定运行状态下,反应器对TOC的去除率在50%以上,有机物的去除主要集中在污泥区;污泥的最大产甲烷活性约为115 mL.(g.d)-1,扫描电镜的观察结果表明污泥中的细菌以形状规则的短杆菌为主;温度对厌氧反应器的运行影响较大,离心母液中氮、磷等物质相对不足,在反应器运行过程中,添加这种营养物质是十分必要的.
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the fasibility of low strength wastewater by anaerobic process,a long term experiment(over a period of about 360 d) was carried out at ambient temperatures.A low strength mother liquid of SPVC(COD 200 mg·L-1) was fed to a 16 L lab-scale anaerobic reactor.The results indicated that the reactor was inoculated with digested sludge and mature granule sludge and started up successfully within 40 d;adding readily biodegradable substance and high hydraulic load rate at the beginning of start-up can accelerate the start-up;over 50 % TOC reductions mainly occurring within the sludge bed level was achived at steady state of the reactor with HRT of 8 h;under SEM,the dominant bacteria in the sludge were morphologically regular brevibacteria and the specific methanogenic activity CH4/VSS was 115 mL·(g·d)-1;the effect of the temperature on the performance of anaerobic reactor was remarkable and the adding of nitrogen and phosphorus to the running reactor was necessary due to the nutriment lack in mother liquid.
