【Abstract】 In this paper manpower planning is considered with two types of jobs and three types of employees, where one type of employees are higher-ranked employees with mixed skills and can substitute for the other two types of employees to do the two types of jobs. The model of optimal control on linear integer system is proposed. This paper addresses the properties of the model, presents the algorithm named peak-clipping and verifies that the algorithm is an optimal algorithm with polynomial computational complexity when the demand data is given.更多还原
