双钙钛矿型Ba2YSbO6的水热合成和结构表征
Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structure of Double Perovskite-type Oxide Ba2YSbO6
【摘要】 报道了温和条件下双钙钛矿型复合氧化物Ba2YSbO6的水热合成,并通过XRD、IR、ICP、XPS对产物物相、组成、结构、锑离子价态等进行了表征.Ba2YSbO6产物为立方钙钛矿结构,属于Fm3m空间群,晶胞参数为a=0.840955(7)nm,V=0.594727(8)nm3,Y和Sb呈岩盐型有序排列,锑为+5价.
【Abstract】 Hydrothermal technique was used for the synthesis of double perovskite-type oxide Ba2YSbO6 and the crystal structure was detemined by powder X-ray diffraction method. The synthesized Ba2YSbO6 powders were characterized by the techniques such as XRD, IR, ICP and XPS methods. The results indicated that the Ba∶Y∶Sb is closing to 2∶1∶1, and the antimony valence state was +5. The crystal symmetry of Ba2YSbO6 is cubic (space group Fm3m) with cell parameters a=0.840 955(7) nm and V=0.594 727(8) nm3, and it shows an ordered arrangement of Y and Sb ions.
