Mg0.9M0.1Ni(M=Cr,Al,Ti,Zr)三元镁基储氢合金的制备及其电化学性能的研究

【摘要】 用机械合金化法成功地合成了Mg0.9M0.1Ni(M=Cr,Al,Ti,zr),XRD结果表明,球磨80h后,Mg0.9M0.1Ni和Mg0.9Al0.1Ni合金已经完全非晶化.对此三元合金体系进行了电化学容量及循环寿命测试以及电化学交流阻抗(mS)测试.结果表明用这几种元素替代Mg后,合金电极的循环寿命有了明显的提高,但是其最高放电容易有所降低,抗腐蚀性能增强;该系列合金电极反应的速度控制步骤是由合金电解液界面间的电荷迁移和氢的扩散联合控制的.

【Abstract】 The Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys Mg0.9M0.1Ni(M=Cr,Al,Ti,Zr) were successful synthesized by means of mechical alloying (MA). Mg0.9Ti0.1Ni and Mg0.9Al0.1Ni alloys which were MA 80 h were amorphous. Electrochemical discharge capacity, cycle life, and exchange impendence spectroscopy (EIS) of those termary alloys were tested. By Mg substituted with same other elements, the results showed that the cycle life of those alloys were improved distinctly, but the high discharge capacities of those alloys were decreased. The speed control step of those alloys was the migrating of electrolyte charge in the interface of alloy/electron anda the diffusion of hydrogen in the electrolyte.
