【Abstract】 The new scientific concept,function and effective of carbon and nitrogen chain in “Agricultural Tridimension Pollution (ATriP) system were brought forward in this paper since the increasing carbon and nitrogen pollution under unsuitable agriculture production measures” within hydrosphere, pedosphere, biosphere and air sphere. It was summarized that the development proceeding, tendency of the situation on carbon and nitrogen pollution in the domestic and worldwide.
