【摘要】 目的:评价国产坎地沙坦治疗高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:48例原发性高血压患者随机分入坎地沙坦酯组(24例)和芦沙坦组(24例),剂量分别为每日8￣16mg和50￣100mg,疗程8周。结果:坎地沙坦酯组降低血压的显效率为58.3%,总有效率为91.7%;芦沙坦组的显效率为79.2%,总有效率也为91.7%,两组疗效无显著差异。两组不良反应的发生率均为8.3%。结论:国产坎地沙坦酯片治疗高血压与进口药物芦沙坦同样有效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic candesart an. Methods: From June 2003 to December 2003, 48 patients with hypertension were randomly received domestic candesartan or losartan(MSD) in daily dose of 8-16 m g or 50-100 mg for 8 weeks, respectively. Results: After 8 weeks treatment, both of total response rates were 91.7%. There was no significant difference in resp onse rates between the two groups, and so did the rates of adverse reactions(8.3 % vs 8.3%) . Conclusion: Domestic candesartan is an effective and safe drug in t reating hypertension.更多还原
