Turner综合征患儿盆腔超声显像及血清性激素检测

【摘要】 目的:研究Turner综合征(TS)患儿的子宫、卵巢的发育及其功能状况。方法:对22例年龄为4.8~16.8岁的TS患儿(染色体核型为45,XO者11例,其他核型11例),超声测量并记录子宫、卵巢的各径,并检测患儿血清促性腺激素(FSH、LH)和雌二醇(E2)。结果:22例患儿中超声检查无子宫者4例,无卵巢者18例,患儿的子宫和卵巢各径及体积明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),患儿组血清FSH、LH水平高于对照组(P<0.05),E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。患儿的染色体核型及卵巢的有无对患儿的子宫和/或卵巢的发育及血清FSH、LH和E2的水平有一定的影响。结论:多数TS患儿存在着卵巢、子宫发育不全甚至退化萎缩,并伴有血清性激素水平的异常。盆腔超声和血清性激素检测能较好地反映出TS患儿的子宫、卵巢形态及功能状态。

【Abstract】 Objective:To measure the sizes of the uterines and ovaries and the serum levels of gonadotropins and estradiol in children with Turner syndrome(TS). Methods:Pelvic ultrasound was performed and the serum levels of goandotropins and estradiol were measured in 22 patients with TS aged 4.8 to 16.8 years. Results:The size of uterines and ovaries in TS were smaller than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The serum levels of gonadotropins were higher and estradiol was lower than that in the control group respectively(P < 0.05). Also the karyotypes and the size of ovaries had some effects on the sizes of uterines and/or ovaries and the serum levels of ganaotropins and estradiol. Conclusion:The dystrophia and atrophy of ovaries and uterines exists in most TS children, accompanying by abnormal serum levels of gonadotropins and estradiol. Pelvic ultrasound and measurement of serum levels of goandotropins and estradiol are good way to evaluate the sizes of uterines and ovaries and their functions.
