单片机嵌入式系统的可靠性探讨
Study on Reliability of Single Chip MC in Embedded System
【摘要】 单片机在各种恶劣的工业控制环境中应用,对其嵌入式系统的可靠性要求越来越高。可以说,不提高其可靠性,不能有效地抑制干扰,单片机嵌入式系统就不能广泛地推广应用。由于工业现场环境的复杂性,单片机嵌入式系统中抗干扰问题一直是一个重要的课题,开展单片机嵌入式系统的可靠性研究、提高其抗干扰能力已成为当务之急。为此,在分析了单片机嵌入式系统干扰源的基础上,针对各种干扰信号提出了提高系统可靠性的具体硬件措施,主要从电源、传输通道和监测电路等方面进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the sources of interference on single Chip MC in embedded system. Based on these sources of interference, the measures that can raise reliability of system are taken out in the aspect of hardware. And the paper discusses the measures from the power supply, channel and watchdog etc in detail.
