【Abstract】 Proteinase inhibitor is a small molecular weight proteinuhich exists in animal bodiesplants and mcrobe and has the inhibition of proteinase activities. Proteinase inhibitor plays an important role as a regulator in proteinase activities and protein metabolism. The recent discovery has confirmed that it is effective in control of many diseases.
