【Abstract】 Heilongjiang province is the only domestic province where soybean is supplied, the quality and the produce is always lies in the front of the country。 In recent years, the drought influences the production of soybean of Heilongjiang seriously. The insufficiency of water becomes the main restriction factor of the development of soybean.
