【摘要】 对我国农产品质量安全保障体系中的技术创新问题进行了研究,认为农业科技创新的方向和重点必须进行相应的调整。应在主要动植物种质资源的改良和创新、清洁生产技术、病(疫)虫草害综合防治技术和农产品安全加工技术方面进行创新研究,加快农业技术转化模式的创新及推广应用;在农业科技政策方面,要加大公共财政投入的力度以建立完善的农产品质量安全技术创新和科技普及推广体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the issues of technological innovation closely related to the agro-food safety in China.It argues that the directions and keys for agricultural technological innovation regarding agro-food safety must be readjusted including modification of main varieties of animal and plant resources,techniques on environment-protective production,safe process and preventing plant diseases,insect pests and weeds of agro-products.Furthermore,the new modes of agricultural technological transformation must be promoted into wide application.And as to the policy for agricultural technology,more public fiscal inputs and investments are necessary for the technological innovation and extension related to the agro-food safety.更多还原
