【摘要】 采用原位杂交技术对茶树β葡萄糖苷酶基因mRNA的表达进行了研究。结果表明,β葡萄糖苷酶基因mRNA主要在茶树叶片栅栏组织、叶主脉的薄壁组织表达;不同品种之间的表达位置基本相似,但表达信号却有差异,以龙井43号最强,福鼎大白茶、槠叶齐次之,而大叶乌龙、迎霜最弱。结果还显示,不同季节的表达信号以春梢最强,秋梢次之,夏梢最弱。

【Abstract】 The expression of β-glucosidase gene mRNA in the tea plant was investigated by in situ hybridization.The results showed that β-glucosidase gene was expressed mainly in the palisade tissue of leaf blade,parenchyma of leaf vein.The expressional sites in six cultivars were almost identical,but the expressional signal was different,the strongest in Longjin 43 followed by Fudindabai and Zhuyeqi,and the weakest in Dayewulon and Yingshuang.The expressional signal of the first fresh leaves of various seasons was different,with the strongest one in spring leaves followed by autumn leaves,and the weakest in summer leaves.
