植物无糖组培CO2增施系统设计

【摘要】 设计了无糖组培试验用的CO2 增施系统。该系统硬件结构简单, 安装方便, 成本低廉。系统的控制软件操作简便, 功能灵活, 移植性强, 扩展性好, 其控制策略可用于组培生产。整个系统运行稳定可靠, 可实现计算机自动控制。增施后CO2 的测量值与目标值之差小于 20μL·L-1。

【Abstract】 A CO 2 enriching system for sugar-free plant tissue culture experiment was designed.The hardwares of system were characterized with compact structure,convenient installation and low cost.With its control strategy which could be used in manufacture,the softwares of system had advantage of simple manipulation,flexible function,good ability of migrating and extending.This system could be run steadily with none contingency and could be controlled by computer automatically.With this system the difference between objective data of CO 2 concentration and average measured data was less than 20 μL·L -1 .
