【Abstract】 A CO 2 enriching system for sugar-free plant tissue culture experiment was designed.The hardwares of system were characterized with compact structure,convenient installation and low cost.With its control strategy which could be used in manufacture,the softwares of system had advantage of simple manipulation,flexible function,good ability of migrating and extending.This system could be run steadily with none contingency and could be controlled by computer automatically.With this system the difference between objective data of CO 2 concentration and average measured data was less than 20 μL·L -1 .更多还原
