【摘要】 讨论了人造板用脲醛树脂胶粘剂的现状和存在的问题。分析认为影响人造板甲醛释放量的因素较多,合成脲醛树脂胶粘剂时尿素和甲醛的摩尔比是主要因素,从人造板中释放出来的甲醛量主要受脲醛树脂胶粘剂产品质量的影响。介绍了降低脲醛树脂胶粘剂甲醛释放量的各种方法,并为提高脲醛树脂胶粘剂生产水平提出了可能的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urea-formaldehyde(UF) adhesive is the most important adhesive in industry of wood-based panel.The present situation of UF adhesive for wood based panel is introduced.The existing problems in UF adhesive for wood-based panel were discussed.One of the most important problems is the pollution to environment and does harm to the health of formaldehyde released from production.Formaldehyde release from wood-based panel is influenced by a lot of factors.One of the most important aspects is the urea/formaldehyde mole ratio.The quantity of formaldehyde release from wood based panel is markedly influenced by type of UF adhesive.The methods to reduce formaldehyde emission of UF adhesive are introduced.The possible ways to improve the production level of UF adhesive are also put forward.更多还原
