【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱建立了保健酒的石油醚-乙醚提取物的指纹图谱。试验条件为反相C18柱,1.0mL/min流速,紫外检测器(λ=321.2nm)。通过分析比较色谱指纹图谱中的相对保留值α和相对面积Sr,对不同批次的保健酒进行对比研究。结果表明,该法简便可靠,对保健酒的质量控制效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fingerprints of petroleum ether-ether extracts of health wine were established by the use of high performance liquid chromatography and the relati ve technical parameters were as follows: reverse phase C-18 column,flow rate as 1.0 mL/min,and ultraviolet detector at 321.2 nm.Through the comparison and an alysis of the relative retention value α and the area ratio Sr,the quality of health wine of different production batches was investigated.The results showed that the method was convenient and applicable in the quality control analysis of health wine.(Tran.by YUE Yang)更多还原
