【摘要】 白酒生产产生的锅底水含有:①由酒醅、糟醅、料醅漏入锅底产生的污染物;②高沸点酸类、酯类、糖类、醇类等污染物;③酒尾加入锅底复蒸产生的污染物等。锅底水的直接排放会引起严重的环境污染。采用酸化水解、UASB厌氧生物反应器、生物接触氧化工艺处理锅底水,可达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级指标要求,实现达标排放。(孙悟)更多还原
