高碘酸钾法测定酒中锰

【摘要】 采用高碘酸钾法测定酒中锰,锰的平均回收率为100.23%,方法的线性关系很好,r=0.9998,灵敏度为9μg/L,4min显色完全,18h内褪色稳定性好。该法简便、快捷、准确度和精密度高,具有良好的重现性和回收率,是测定酒中锰含量较理想方法。(孙悟)

【Abstract】 The measurement results of Mn in liquors by potassium periodate method were as follows: average recovery rate of Mn as 100.23 %, good linear relations obtained, r=0.9998 and sensitivity as 9 ug/L, complete 4 min color development, and good discoloration stability within 18 min. Such method proved to be an ideal technique to measure Mn in liquors because of its superiorities of simple and rapid operation, high accuracy and precision, and good reproducibility and recovery rate.(Tran. by YUE Yang)
