【Abstract】 Ever since the implementation of CET4 and 6, the English language learning has been increasingly taking the priority of China’s college student. But owing to various fallacious ideas in the epistemology and methodology concerning English language learning, some negative effects, such as low efficiency and deaf and dumb in using English, to many, have been caused in both teaching and learning of the language under discussion. What should be overcome, in this case, are first of all college students’ epistemological and methodological barriers so that the reform program in English teaching model be effectively carried out and the students’ competence in using English be greatly developed.更多还原
