四轴WEDM机床运动分析及其在NC仿真中的应用

【摘要】 数控仿真可以检验NC代码的正确性,防止干涉和碰撞的发生,在降低加工成本和提高加工质量中起着重要作用。本文通过对四轴联动WEDM数控机床的运动分析,推导出了在直导线异型面的WEDM加工中,电极丝的最大倾角、上丝嘴和工作台的最大行程均发生在上下轮廓中对应直线段的端点处这一结论。提出了一套行之有效的迭代算法,能通过NC代码直接求取异型面加工中电极丝的最大倾角、工作台和上丝嘴的最大行程。最后将该算法应用于WEDM数控代码的仿真校验中,能有效地防止运动碰撞并保证加工精度。

【Abstract】 NC simulation can reduce the cost of manufacturing workpieces and improve their machining quality by verifying the correction of the NC programs before practical machining. Based on the motion analysis of 4-axis WEDM machine tools, the conclusion shows that during machining a ruled surface with linear boundary curves, the maximum inclining angle of wire and displacement of the machining table and the wire guiding head occur on the vertex of the boundary lines. An algorithm for calculating the maximum angle and displacement is given to avoid the motion collision of the machining table and the wire guiding head, thus verifying the processability of the workpieces in a given WEDM machine tool.
