基于模糊PID技术的地铁转向架测控系统
The Railway Bogie Measurement and Control System Based on Fuzzy PID Technology
【摘要】 地铁转向架是地铁车辆的关键部件,在装车前及使用期间必须进行负载试验、指标检测、参数调整和性能分析.本文针对地铁转向架性能检验构建了计算机测控系统,在分析被控对象和控制要求的基础上,设计了基于模糊PID技术的数字控制器,从而实现加载过程的平稳控制,保证了静态测试的精度.
【Abstract】 As the key equipment of a railway locomotive,the bogie is subject to load test, index measurement,parameter adjustment and performance analysis.This paper constructed a computer measurement and control system for railway bogie performance check.According to the object and the control demands,a digital controller was designed based upon the PID technology.With the controller,the loading procedure can be steadily controlled,and a satisfactory static test precision can be attained.
