智能型电池容量测试仪的研制
A Design of the Intelligent Battery Capacity Testing Instrument
【摘要】 汽油的燃烧会给大气带来严重的污染,因而无污染的电动自行车应运而生.电动自行车的电池容量是判断电动自行车质量的主要参数.智能型电池容量测试仪的研制很好地解决电池容量测试的问题.它以AT89C52单片机作为控制器,实现了恒流放电、自动记录放电时间、自动判别电池组电压、自动判别电池极性、反接保护报警、启动和暂停等一系列功能.实际应用表明,恒定放电电流为5A时,测试仪具有测试精度高(误差小于1%),使用方便(放电过程不需人工干预)和安全可靠(保护报警)等特点.
【Abstract】 Because of the air pollution caused by the combustion of gasoline, the electromotion bicycle is invented and soon becomes popular all over the world. A testing instrument of battery capacity, one of the most important parameters of the quality control of electromotion bicycles, is presented in this paper. With a MCU (Micro Controller Unit) developed by Atmel-AT89C52, a lot of functions of the instrument, such as constant current discharging, auto discharge recording, voltage level judgment, polarity identification, reverse connection alarm, setting up and pause, can be guaranteed. The design, circuit analysis and flow chart of the instrument are described in detail. Practical use shows that with a constant discharging current of 5A, the instrument has high precision (the rate of error occurrence is less than 1%) and friendly man-machine interface (no human intervening needed in the discharging process), thus it,s safe and reliable.
