数控加工模拟中刀具半径补偿的分析与设计
An Analysis and Design of Tool Radius Compensation for NC Cutting Simulation
【摘要】 数控加工模拟在现代加工制造中具有应用价值.FANUC数控系统在国内数控机床中得到极为广泛的应用,对该数控系统中刀具半径补偿的讨论具有典型意义.要保证数控加工模拟与数控系统的结果一致,就要求模拟系统的刀具半径补偿算法与实际数控系统中的算法一致.文章以直线-直线轮廓为重点,讨论了刀具半径补偿中右偏的处理方法,在此基础上对直线-圆弧、圆弧-直线、圆弧-圆弧三种轮廓的特点进行了详细分析,给出了这三种轮廓中刀具右偏的设计方法.使用文中描述的处理方法和算法指导软件设计,效果良好.
【Abstract】 The use of NC (numerical control) cutting simulation is of economical significance and practical in modern advanced manufacturing. Now that the series of NC systerm of FANUC have been widly used in domestic common NC machine tool market, it is necessary to have a discussion about the tool radius compensation of this kind of system. The algorithm of tool radius compensation in simulation software should be identical with that in the real NC system. Firstly, the approach to generating the compensation traces of L-L contours is elaborated. On the basis of it, the features of L-A, A-L and A-A contours are analysed in detail, and then the design of the right compensation of these contours are presented.
