耐热结构厌氧胶的研制
Development on heat-resistant structural anaerobic adhesive
【摘要】 用2,4 甲苯二异氰酸酯、一缩二乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯为主要原料合成含有苯环及N的甲基丙烯 酸酯。以这种甲基丙烯酸酯为单体,并引入双马来酰亚胺作为改性剂制成耐热性好、粘接强度高的结构厌氧胶。
【Abstract】 The methacrylate containing phenyl-ring and nitrogen atom was synthesized with 2,4-diisocyanlate, diglycol and hydroxypropyl methacrylate as the raw materials. Using the obtained methacrylate as monomer and bismaleimide as modifiers, the structural anaerobic adhesive with good heat resistance and high bonding strength was obtained.
