溴代海因水溶液制剂及杀菌效果研究

【摘要】 研究了助溶剂量和温度对溴代海因溶解性的影响;考察了溴代海因水溶液制剂的稳定性;实验研究了助溶剂浓度、作用时间和温度对溴代海因水溶液制剂的杀灭效果。结果表明:加入助溶剂的溴代海因在水中的溶解性明显增强,当加入5%(体积分数)的助溶剂时,水溶液中二溴海因的浓度是无助溶剂时的2.32倍,溴氯海因的质量浓度是无助溶剂时的1.99倍;溴氯海因水溶液制剂中有效成分含量随存放时间的延长有所下降,二溴海因水溶液制剂中有效成分含量随存放时间的变化不明显,比溴氯海因具有更好的稳定性;添加少量助溶剂可明显改善溴代海因的杀菌能力,含0.1%助溶剂的溴氯海因(3mg/L)水溶液制剂对大肠杆菌的杀灭率为99.91%(无助溶剂时的杀灭率为96.48%),含0.1%助溶剂的二溴海因(290mg/L)水溶液制剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为100.00%,而无助溶剂的二溴海因(474mg/L)水溶液制剂的杀灭率为97.09%。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the solubility of bromated hydantoin, little cosolvent was added to form water-solubility agents. Influence of dose of cosolvent and temperature in solubility were studied. And the stability of these agents was tested. Influence of the concentration of cosolvent, exposure time and temperature in killing microbion were also discussed. The result showed that the solubility of bromated hydantoin increased obviously by adding the cosolvent. The solubility of dibromohydantoin with 5% cosolvent (volume concentration) was 2.32 times to that is without cosolvent. Similarly, the bromochlorohydantoin was 1.99 times. The available chlorine (bromine) of bromochlorohydantoin in liquid decreased with prolonging store time, while the vary of dibromohydantoin was not clear. On the contrary, it was more stable. The little addition of cosolvent could improve their germicidal efficacy. The killing rate of Escherichia coli. exposed to water-solubility agent bromochlorohydantoin ((3mg/L)) with 0.1% cosolvent was 99.91% (The killing rate was 96.48% without cosolvent). The killing rate of spores of Bacillus var.niger exposed to water-solubility agent dibromohydantoin ((290mg/L)) with 0.1% cosolvent was 100.00%, while the killing rate exposed to dibromohydantoin ((474mg/L)) without cosolvent was 97.09%.
