热管式固定床鼓泡反应器返混试验研究
Backmixing characteristics of heat pipe type bubble column reactor
【摘要】 为了研究热管式固定床鼓泡反应器的返混问题,采用脉冲法,在一内径为50mm、高800mm,床内充以多孔填料,内插一根16mm×2mm不锈钢-水热管的固定床反应器中,用并流向上的水和氮气进行返混试验研究。利用轴向扩散模型计算反应器轴向Peclet准数,考察了气相流速、液相流速、多孔介质和热管对返混的影响。研究表明反应器中热管的存在加重了返混。
【Abstract】 Tracking method was applied to study the backmixing characteristics of heat pipe type bubble column reactor. The investigation of backmixing was conducted in a fixed-bed reactor with the inner diameter of 50 mm and height of 800 mm using water and nitrogen flowing in co-direction upwards, in which porous materials was packed and a stainless steel-water heat pipe of 16 mm×2 mm was inserted. To calculate the Peclet number, steady axes diffusion model was established. The effects of the flow rate of gas and liquid phase, porous medium and heat pipe to backmixing were considered. The relation of backmixing in the reactor and the flow rate of gas and liquid was obtained. And the phenomenon that existence of heat pipe makes the backmixing acutely was also proved.
