黄瓜及其栽培土壤中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的残留动态研究

【摘要】 通过田间试验建立了甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在黄瓜及土壤中的残留分析方法,并对其在黄瓜和土壤中的消解动态进行了研究,采用丙酮-水提取黄瓜和土壤中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留,经二氯甲烷液液分配净化后,采用反相HPLC-UVD方法对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在黄瓜和土壤中残留进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法最小检出量为10 ng,最低检出浓度为0.1 mg.kg-1,样本添加回收率79.5%~105.2%,变异系数2.28%~13.22%。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在北京土壤和黄瓜中的半衰期分别为0.6 d和0.1 d,在徐州土壤和黄瓜中的半衰期分别为1.5 d和0.6 d。在高剂量施药处理的土壤和黄瓜中,未检出农药残留。

【Abstract】 A method to analyze emamectin benzoate residues in cucumber and soil was developed and residual dynamic of emamectin benzoate in cucumber and soil was studied.Residues of emamectin benzoate in cucumber and soil was extracted by acetone/water and cleanup with LLE,and determined by reverse phase HPLC equipped with UVD.The lowest detectable concentration was 0.1 mg·kg-1.The fortified recoveries of emamectin benzoate were 79.5%105.2% and RSD were 2.28%13.22%.The results showed that in Beijing and Xuzhou field trial the half-lives of emamectin benzoate in cucumber were 0.1 d and 0.6 d respectively,and the half-lives in soil were 0.6 d and 1.5 d respectively.No residue of emamectin benzoate was detected in the cucumber samples.
