豚草化学防治效果的研究
Chemical Control of Ragweed
【摘要】 为了利用草甘瞵和二甲四氯开展豚草化学防治研究,2004年在湖北省鄂州市,设计了20%草甘磷、40%草甘磷和20%二甲四氯3种试验处理,每种处理设3次重复,另设3个对照小区,共12个处理小区,主要对豚草进行叶面喷施。试验结果表明:利用化学农药可以有效破坏豚草的生长和蔓延,施用20%草甘磷、20%二甲四氯、40%草甘磷防治豚草,两周后,豚草萎蔫率分别达到76.3%、82.5%、85.6%;同种农药的浓度越高,防治效果越好,但是存在农药飘移二次污染环境的潜在危害;防治的最佳时间是在豚草生长的幼苗期;化学防治与生物防治相结合,效果会更好。
【Abstract】 Using two kinds of chemical pesticide,glyphosate and chipton,the chemical control of ragweed was researched in Ezhou city in 2004.Four treatments,20% glyphosate,40% glyphosate,20% chipton and the control with three replications were used in the experiment.The result indicated that the chemical pesticides could control the growth and the spread of ragweed,with the wilting rate being 76.3%,82.5% and 85.6% respectively after two weeks of foliage spraying with 20% glyphosate,20% chipton and 40% glyphosate.The control effect of the pesticide was related with its concentration.The best control period was at the seedling stage of ragweed.Potential harm of secondary environmental pollution might be produced by chemical pesticide drift.The combination of chemical control and biologic control was superior to chemical control.
