喷施稀土和微肥对小白菜硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量及其他品质的影响

【摘要】 通过田间小区试验,于2002年和2003年在湖南长沙地区研究了红菜园土和冲积菜园土条件下喷施稀土肥、铜肥、钼肥、锌肥、锰肥和硼肥对小白菜硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量及其他品质的影响。结果表明,喷施钼肥和锰肥能显著降低小白菜硝酸盐含量,也显著增强了硝酸盐还原酶的活性;各处理小白菜亚硝酸盐含量均没有超标;在小白菜生长旺期后喷施稀土和微肥没有明显影响蔬菜产量;红菜园土上蔬菜产量明显高于冲积菜园土上蔬菜产量。

【Abstract】 Effects of spraying rare earth element and micronutrient fertilizers on nitrate and nitrite contents and other qualities of Chinese cabbage were studied in two vegetable soils in the suburb of Changsha city with plot experiment,in 2002 and 2003.The results showed that spraying both molybdenum and manganese fertilizers could decrease nitrate contents of Chinese cabbage significantly.The nitrate contents(2 031.43 029.5 mg·kg-1FW) of Chinese cabbage in red vegetable soil was lower than that(3 004.54 238.5 mg·kg-1FW) in alluvial vegetable soil.The nitrite contents(0.6681.223 mg·kg-1FW) of Chinese cabbage under all treatments didn’t exceed the limit to human health,and copper and manganese fertilizers decreased the nitrite content in two tested soil.Both molybdenum and manganese fertilizers also increased nitrate reductase activity.Copper and molybdenum fertilizers increased the Vitamin C contents in two tested soil and molybdenum fertilizers increased the contents of soluble sugar.Furthermore,rare earth element and micronutrient fertilizers had no significant effect on yield of Chinese cabbage when spraying during the vigorous growth period of the vegetable.The yield of Chinese cabbage in red vegetable soil was higher than that in alluvial vegetable soil.
