利用废碱锰电池研制有机微肥及肥效试验
Production of Liquid Micro-Element Fertilizer Using Scrap Alkaline Zinc-Manganese Battery and Its Effect on Corn
【摘要】 以废碱锰电池为试验材料,采用“焙烧-酸解-螯合”工艺制得有机微肥,其含Zn2+11.5g·L-1,Mn2+13.0g·L-1,K+3.3g·L-1,同时有害重金属如Hg、Pb、Cd、As等均检测不到。通过玉米盆栽试验结果表明,制备的有机微肥施用效果较好、增产明显,且施用量范围广、易控制,适用范围广,以2mgZn·kg-1土的施用量最佳,可增产38.5%;随着微肥施用量的增加,植株全P就逐渐降低,呈负相关性,Zn与P存在一定的拮抗作用。成本分析结果表明,废电池经本工艺处理后,30%大件金属可直接资源化,60%可用于生产有机微肥,其经济效益可观。废电池经本工艺处理后,可达到固体废物无害化、减量化和资源化要求,且无害化程度高、资源化利用效果显著。
【Abstract】 Organic trace element fertilize was produced using spent alkaline zinc manganese battery (SLR) adopting the process of baking,acidification and chelation?After baking,the release mercury ratio of SLR powder was 100%,its major metals were found to be Zn (25.51%) and Mn (35.02%). The results of acidifying SLR powder indicated that Zn2+ and Mn2+ contents of lixivium were 20.17 g·L-1 and 30.46 g·L-1, respectively,the trace element fertilizer contained Zn2+(11.5 g·L-1),Mn2+(13.0 g·L-1) and K+(3.3 g·L-1),the quality of heavy metals such as Hg, Pb, Cd and As were in little levels. The trace element fertilizer was used to grow corn in greenhouse experiment. Our results showed evidence of increased yield with increasing quantity of fertilizer. Dosages for Zn from 0.5 to 20 mg·kg-1 were used and 2 mg·kg-1 had the maximum yield with the increase by 38.5% comparison with the control. In addition, increasing quantity of the fertilizer reduced the corn P content,thus indicated that Zn and P both had negative correlation?In analyzing the cost producing the trace element fertilizer,it was found that 30% of the major element could be resourced directly for the SLR and 60% had to be further processed. This technique can serve as a way of achieving disposal metal of SLR,with little or no harm on environment and economically feasible.
