ABSBR反应器处理啤酒废水的试验研究

【摘要】 以啤酒厂综合站啤酒废水为原水进行了实验研究.结果表明,当水力停留时间为12h,废水CODCr值为1000 ̄2500mg/L时,经一次性处理,出水CODCr值低于150mg/L,达到国家二级排放标准,可以直接排放.在实验条件下,测得进水流速为0.3 ̄0.7L/min,pH值为6.0 ̄8.0,温度为23 ̄30℃时,出水均能达到排放标准.最优工况为温度为30℃,进水流速为0.5L/min,进液pH值为7.5时,处理效果最佳,CODCr的去除率高达95.7%.

【Abstract】 The ABSBR experiment was carried out with the brewery wastewater of the synthetic station in brewery factory .The results of the experiment showed ,by one-off treatment it can transform the status when the hydraulic retention time of the ABSBR is 12 h and the value of CODCr is 1000-2500 mg/L to the lower than 150 mg /L,which has reached the national second grade standard of discharging and can be discharged directly. On the condition of experiment, it has measured the rate of flow at inlet is 0.3~0.7L/min,pH of the enter-wastewater is 6.0~8.0,temperature is 23~30℃,and the value of CODCr at outlet can all reach the discharging standard. It gots the best treatment effect when temperature is 30℃,and the rate of flow at inlet is 0.5L/min,the pH of the entering -wastewater is 7.5 ,and CODCr can be removed as much as 95.7%.
