【摘要】 介绍高炉上料的工艺情况和特点;PLC控制系统的结构和控制功能;并通过数学模型对节流阀的开度进行了控制.该系统能够实现上料自动化,并使布料均匀,经实践应用,能够满足各项经济技术指标和控制要求,达到均匀布料,改善料粒的透气性,降低燃料比.

【Abstract】 The technotogical characteristics of blast furnace transportation material system are introduced, and the structure and function of PLC control system as well. The degrees of opening of throttle are controlled through the model of mathematics.The automation of transportation material and the equality of distribution material can be realized. The so stem can meet various economic targets and contral demands,and come up to the equality of distribution material; it also can improve the quality of breathe of material grain and lower the ratio of energy and material.
