城市土地开发的规模、时间和区位优化
The Optimization of the Scale, Time and Region in Urban Land Development
【摘要】 城市土地开发是对土地进行投资、改造和建设的过程.为了更好地实现城市土地开发的目标,客观上需要对城市土地开发进行数量、时间和区位上的优化.从规模经济原理出发,论述了城市土地开发的最优规模,在此基础上提出了城市土地开发的时间和区位优化模型,给出了简单实用的计算方法,并结合一个城市土地开发实例进行了应用研究.
【Abstract】 The development of urban land is the investment, reformation and construction of the land. In order to meet the target of the process, it requires the optimization of land′s scale, time and region. Firstly, the optimal scale of the development of urban land is demonstrated by the theory of scale of economy. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the optimal model of the development in time and region. Then it comes up with the simple and applied solution to the model. At last, a case study is done by taking an allocation of development of land.
