【摘要】 总结1998年1月-2004年12月6例白塞病患者行心脏瓣膜置换术的护理体会。认为术前支持性的心理护理,能增加病人心理应急能力,完善术前各项准备是手术成功的前提;术前、术后合理运用肾上腺皮质激素是预防瓣周漏发生的关键;术后心功能的维护、呼吸道管理和康复指导是监护的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors summarzied experiences of nursing 6 patients with Behcet’s disease undergoing valve replacement from Jan.1998 to Dec.2004.They argued: supportive psychological nursing which could improve patients’ response to emergency and perfecting preoperative preparation were precondition for the success of operation;preoperative and postoperative proper use of cortin was key to preventing leaking of valve;postoperative maintenance of cardiovascular function,management of air way and guidance for recovery were key points for nursing.更多还原
