【摘要】 目的提高住院产妇产后健康教育的效果。方法对产妇进行健康教育,采用统一设计的健康宣教调查表,对320例住院的初产妇进行效果评价和分析。结果宣教效果总体较好,产妇对健康教育内容平均掌握率由2002年86.5%提高至2003年91.8%,但安全教育和新生儿沐浴的教育仍需加强。结论及时评价健康教育效果,找出存在不足的原因和对策,产前进行预见性的健康教育可进一步提高产后的健康教育效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the effect of postpartum health education on pa rturients in hospitalization. Methods Questionnaire was used in 320 parturient s to evaluate and analyze the effect. Results With the average grasp rate of h ealth education content increased from 86.5% in 2002 to 91.8% in 2003, the effec t of education was good in general, but safety education and education of neonat es’ bath should be improved. Conclusion The in-time evaluation of health educa tion effect, exploration of reasons and countermeasures of disadvantages and pre dictive postpartum health education can be further improved.更多还原
