【摘要】 目的探讨眼科患者术前2h内的焦虑水平及情感需求特点。方法按随机数字表法随机选取100例眼科择期手术患者,采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自行设计的认知情感需求调查表,分别于入院第1天与手术前2h进行问卷调查。测评结果行自身对照,与SAS常模对照。结果手术前2h患者SAS总分(45.58±8.09)分明显高于入院第1天(35.38±6.06)分和常模(29.78±0.46)分,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。临近手术前患者的认知情感需求频度较高的有:亲人陪伴、手术室护士探望、与术后患者交流、了解麻醉方法等。结论眼科患者临近手术前焦虑水平明显增高,建议充分重视患者手术前的认知情感动机,并提供相应的护理干预和社会支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of anxiety and emotional need of patients 2 hours before operation. Methods One hundred ophthalmic patients scheduled for operation were selected by random digits table. They were surveyed on the first day at admission and 2 hours before operation with SAS by Zung and self-designed emotion need scale,with the results contrasted with themselves and the norm of SAS. Results The average total score of SAS 2 hours before operation (45.58±8.09) was significantly higher than that(35.38±6.06) at the first day after admission and even the norm of SAS (29.78±0.46) (P<0.01). The items with high frequent emotional needs approaching the time for operation included accompanying of families,visits by operative nurses,communication with patients,understanding of anaesthesia and cooperative precautions. Conclusion Approaching to operative time,the ophthalmic patients are more anxious. It is suggested to pay attention to their emotion and to provide them with nursing intervention and social support.更多还原
