【摘要】 对30例经皮颈动脉支架植入术老年患者充分做好术前准备,术后加强对心率、心律、血压、精神状态、穿刺部位、双侧足背动脉搏动情况的密切观察,及早预防和发现病情变化,及早处理。结果30例患者中,有5例患者出现心率减慢和血压降低,2例患者出现短暂的反应迟钝,1例皮下血肿,经及时处理后均恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preoperative operation was performed well for 30 cases of the elderly patients with carotid artery stenosis undergoing percutaneous transluminal. After operation, patients’ heart rate, rhythm of the heart, blood pressure, psychoneurotic conditions, puncture site and the pulsate of the bilateral dorsal artery were observed carefully so as to prevent and detect the change of the illness situation as early as possible and deal with them in time. As a result, 5 of 30 patients were found to have bradycardia and decreased blood pressure, 2 unresponsive, and 1 subcutaneous haematoma. They were all recovered after timely treatment.更多还原
