【摘要】 目的通过社区护理干预,提高人群的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率。方法在社区13066人随机选择高血压病人550人,筛查出高危人群352人。对高血压病人以及高危人群进行了2年的社区护理干预,高血压服药组病人遵医性和高危人群的饮食、行为进行干预和健康教育。结果社区高血压及高危人群服药遵医性、危险因素及血压行为改变干预前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明护理干预后高血压组病人服药率和高危人群的血压控制及不良饮食行为比干预前改变很大。结论社区护理干预是控制和防治高血压的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase community knowledge about hypertension, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension by way of nursing intervention. Methods 352 persons of high risk groups were screened out from randomly-selected 550 hypertensive patients from 13 066 residents in communities. Two years nursing intervention was performed on the high risk groups whose diets and behaviors were intervened via nursing care and the hypertensive patients who took medicine by the doctor’s order. Results There were significant differences in view of compliance with doctor’s order, risk factors and changes of blood pressures in the two groups before and after nursing intervention (P<0.01), indicating the nursing intervention resulted in marked changes in medicine-taking rate in hypertensive patients, blood pressure control of high risk groups and their improper dieting behaviors. Conclusion Community nursing intervention is effective in controlling and preventing hypertension.更多还原
