沼气发酵动态时段料液对烟草赤星菌抑制作用的研究
Study the inhibitive effect on growth of Alternaria altemata during dynamic period of biogas fermentation
【摘要】 以猪粪为原料进行厌氧发酵,在不同时间取样,并进行不同温度处理,检验沼液对烟草赤星菌生长的影响。结果表明:在沼气发酵过程中,不同发酵时段的料液均对烟草赤星菌的生长有一定的抑制作用。发酵60d的料液原液、60℃处理液、煮沸处理液和灭菌处理液与病原菌共同培养3d以上,对烟草赤星菌的抑制率分别为61.5%,51.3%,48.7%和5.1%。在本试验条件下,证明沼气发酵料液对病原菌起到抑制作用的物质主要是料液中的微生物,初步揭示沼气发酵代谢产物对病原菌的抑制作用不是出现在最终成熟液,而是发酵过程的一个时间段。
【Abstract】 During the normal biogas fermentation of pig feces,sample the biogas fluid at different time,and treat it under different temperatures,to checkout the influence on the growth of Alternaria altemata.The results are that biogas fluids fermented for different time have certain inhibition effect on Alternaria altemata.Original biogas liquid fermented for 60 d,the one treated at 60 ℃,and the one boiled and the one sterilized are fostered with pathogens for 3 d,the inhibition rates are respectively 61.5%,51.3%,48.7% and 5.1%.Under the experimental condition,it demonstrates that the microbes in the liquids play the role of inhibition,and the inhibition effect on pathogens appears at a certain period of time,not at the finally time when the biogas fluid mature.
