下吸式气化炉中几种物料的产气分析
Analysis on downdraft gasifier produce gas with different material as feedstocks
【摘要】 根据试验测试数据分析得知,下吸式气化炉产出气的质量与数量与物料的种类、干湿程度及操作运行方式有较大关系,通过对不同物料进行不同的操作调节,可以得到较优质的气化气。
【Abstract】 Analyzed according to test data,it is found that producer gas quality of downdraft gasifier is influenced by the kind,moisture of feedstock as well as the operation,higher quality producer gas can be obtained by operation controlling according to different feedstock characteristics.
