【Abstract】 The beneficial bacteria which is called bifodobacteria inherent in the intestinal of human body can be multiplied by a kind of functional oligosaccharide - soybean oligosaccharides. Then the growth of putrefactive bacteria in the intestine be inhibited and the formation of poisonous zymolytic product decreased. The typical processing of isolation and purification about soybean oligosaccharides that used in the industry of our county and abroad were discussed.
