【摘要】 对中药中11种有机氯农药的毛细管气相色谱测定方法进行了研究。以水-丙酮(3:7,V/V)为提取剂,采用超声波辅助提取中药中残留的农药,经正己烷液-液分配,浓硫酸净化,采用不分流进样方式,用HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱经柱程序升温技术分离,并用电子捕获检测器检测,峰面积外标法定量,取得了较好的效果。方法的添加回收率在(80.2~118.4)%,相对标准偏差为(1.02~11.1)%,从而建立了中药中有机氯农药残留测定的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method was developed for the determination of 11 organchlorine pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicine by the capillary gas chromatography with the electron capture detector（CGC-ECD）.Sonication extraction system was used,in which acetone was the extractant.The solvent of sodium chloride was added to the extractant to separate the pesticides,n-Hexane was also added to carry out liquid-liquid extraction.The extracts were clearned up by concentrated H₂SO₄.The recoveries obtained from samples were in the range of（80.2¹18.4）%,with relative standard deviations of（1.02¹1.1）%.The method was proved to be effective and practical.更多还原
