无泡曝气硅橡胶平板膜生物反应器处理生活污水研究

【摘要】 对无泡曝气(又称无泡供氧)硅橡胶平板膜生物反应器处理生活污水新工艺进行了研究.测定了氧的泡点压力,进行了微生物接种培养,研究了膜反应器的挂膜特性,讨论了水力负荷、进水污染物浓度和氧压等工艺条件对CODC r(BOD5)去除率的影响.实验结果表明,在泡点压力下操作,氧不会从水中逸出,其利用率接近100%.当生物负载量为2 g.m-2、适宜的水力负荷为3.7 m3.m-2.d-1、进水污染物浓度<250 mg.L-1和氧压低于泡点压力时,原水处理后出水CODC r和BOD5浓度低于CJ/T48-1999《生活杂用水水质标准》.进水污染物总浓度控制在480 mg.L-1以下时,出水CODC r和BOD5浓度低于GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》.

【Abstract】 The study on domestic sewage treatment by silicon rubber plate membrane bioreactor with bubbleless Aeration was carried out.The bubble point pressure of oxygen in water was measured.The training of inoculation microbe and film forming characteristics of bioreactor were studied and the effects of the hydraulic loading,pollutant concentration at inlet and the oxygen pressure on the removal coefficient of CODCr(BOD5) were discussed.The experimental results indicated that oxygen could not escape from the water and the utilization coefficient of oxygen approximately reached 100% when the bioreactor was operated below the oxygen bubble point pressure.The CODCr and BOD5 concentrations at outlet was lower than those regulated in CJ/T48-1999 "Domestic Station Service Water Quality Standard" issued by the Construction Military of China when the microbe loading quantity,the suitable hydraulic loading and the pollutant concentrations at inlet were 2g·m-2,3.7 m3·m-2·d-1 and <250 mg·L-1 respectively and the oxygen pressure was lower than its bubble point pressure.The CODCr and BOD5 concentrations at outlet was lower than those regulated in GB8978-1996 "Wastewater Comprehensive Discharge Standard" when the pollutant concentration at inlet was CODCr < 480 mg·L-1.
