【摘要】 在综合考虑了影响房地产项目决策的各种因素的基础上,提出了房地产项目优选决策的一套指标,建立了房地产项目优选的模型.本文建立的模型引入了熵的概念,利用熵权的特性求出各指标的客观权重,利用专家打分法求出各指标的主观权重,将两者结合作为各指标的综合权重.本模型用相对隶属度进行房地产项目优选,以一个实例证明模型应用的合理性.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper put forward a multi-objective optimization model for real estate projects,analyzing main factors of influence decision of real estate.The model quotes entropy to works out the objective weight of factors.The model works out the subjective weight,considering the experiences of experts.The paper combines two weights as the integrated weight of factors.The model quotes relative grade of affiliation to make optimum decision among real estate projects. This paper uses a case study to show that this model is scientific and effective.更多还原
