【摘要】 随着社会转型的加速,我国的高等院校也日益出现众多的社会性问题,一定程度上使高校传统思政工作陷入了困境。本文认为,高校中“福利弱化、风险强化”是重要的结构性因素,迫使我们反思传统的制度设置,并探索在新的形势下如何增进高校学生的社会福利。本文运用专业社会工作的概念体系来呼应和充实“以人为本”新理念,讨论了建构专业社会工作的可能性和必要性,并提出了初步的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays universities and colleges are beset to a certain degree by numerous problems brought by the society transition. The phenomenon of "The welfare is weakened, and the risk is strengthened" prevailing among college students has compelled us to reflect on the traditional ideological and political work and seek for the ways to promote the students’ social welfare. This paper firstly tries to use the concept of professional social work to echo and enrich the notion of "human centralization", and then has a discussion about the possibility and necessity of the construction of professional social work in higher institutions.
