Fe-Al催化体系催化马来酸酐与苯基环氧乙烷开环共聚

【摘要】 应用Fe(acac)3 Al (i Bu)3 催化苯基环氧乙烷(SO)与马来酸酐(MA)交替共聚,共聚反应的适宜条件是: [MA] =2. 28mol/L, [MA]∶[SO] =1∶1, [Fe] /[Al] =1∶8, [Fe] =2. 87×10-2 mol/L,以甲苯为溶剂,在80℃下聚合6h,共聚反应转化率达59. 1%.用红外光谱和核磁共振表征了共聚物的结构,反应动力学研究表明共聚反应与单体浓度呈一级关系.

【Abstract】 The alternating copolymerization of maleic anhydride with styrene oxide catalyzed by Fe(acac) 3-Al-(i-Bu) 3 was studied. The suitable copolymerization conditions were found at: [MA]=2.28 mol/L, [MA]∶[SO]=1∶1, [Fe]/[Al]=1∶8,and [Fe]=2.87×10 -2 mol/L. Respectively, yield was 59.1% at 80 ℃ in toluen. Meanwhile, the structure of copolymer was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR, and the kinetics of the copolymerization indicates that the copolymerization rate is in first order with respect to the concentrations of both monomers.
