【摘要】 贵州铁路锌厂是我省注重“三废”治理和环境保护综合经济效益较好的锌冶金企业,该厂改扩建后,需进一步从工艺上完善“三废”治理的措施,建议采用三段中和法单独处理污酸废水,采用氧化锌法处理制酸尾气,采用单独分出铅银渣和建烟化炉的办法提高资源综合利用率,达到化害为利、变废为宝,以实现清洁生产和提高经济效益的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Zinc Works of Guizhou Railroad, which pays emphasis on the three wastes treatment and environmental protection, is an enterprise of the zinc metallurgy with relatively good economic performance. This works plans to improve its three wastes treatment after expansion.Suggestions have been accepted for disposing singly fouled acid wastewater with neutralization method of three phase, dealing with residual gas of producing acid with zinc oxide method, improving comprehensive utilization efficiency of resource with the means of separating lead-silver slag and building smoking-stove.The clean production and improved economical benefit have been achieved.更多还原
